Fully Alive!  An Innovative Support Group at the Capital District Center for Independence in Albany

The Capital District Center for Independence has a new support group for persons with disabilities.  It deals with the problems of stress, anxiety, and sadness that can sometimes feel overwhelming.  The group aims to provide group support and problem solving for these issues.  Beyond this, tools are introduced by a group facilitator to help people cope with their problems.

The group runs every Wednesday from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm.  It is open ended and has space for twenty people.  The group will meet at CDCI, 875 Central Avenue, South 4, Albany.
